To fulfil your order I must collect some of your information which you provide yourself at checkout, this information includes: name, email address, postal and billing address, payment information and whatever extra information you may provide should you email me with any queries or custom order information. Use of the contact form on the website is considered implicit consent to allow me to use the details provided to help you with your query and further communications resulting from it.

Unless you have explicitly opted-in to other communications, I will only use the information you provide at checkout to provide you with your online order and follow-up communications regarding your purchase, and will store this electronically as I am legally required to do for tax obligations.

I will not use your order details to send you unsolicited marketing via any channel, nor sell to other companies.

What about cookies?

I use some trusted cookies - such as Google Analytics - to track where users come from, which pages they view and what sort of device they are using. Most of these are only added for the duration of the session (the time you actually spend on the site) with the remaining used to speed up your searching and shopping processes the next time you visit and to help me make sure I'm reaching the right audience. You can opt out of all non-essential cookies when you enter the website.
